Your role will include:

  • Dealing with share and business acquisitions and sales, MBOs, rights issues, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, restructuring, reorganisations, and corporate governance.
  • Responsibility for due diligence and disclosure as part of transactional projects, including supervising more junior colleagues in data room management.
  • Reviewing, advising upon, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts (including framework agreements, supply and purchase contracts, software licences, franchise agreements)

You will:

  • Bring a commercial acumen that stands you apart, positioning you an invaluable source of advice and support for our clients
  • Be a technically strong lawyer and able to quickly identify potential issues and provide compelling solutions
  • Have an ability to communicate, to work collegiately and independently and able to build relationships with clients and referrers, both internally and externally
