This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

As a legal secretary, you will be working within the probate team and be responsible for producing a wide range of documents to a high standard of accuracy and detail and be instrumental in the delivery of excellent service.

It is essential that you have strong typing skills both in speed and accuracy. You must have worked in a fast-paced office environment and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues across the firm and a proactive and flexible approach to work is key.

In return for your high levels of speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, you will receive unrivalled support to develop your skills and experience in a Legal Top 200 law firm.

Your main duties will include:

  • Proactively manage fee earners diaries.
  • Assist with any account queries.
  • Maintain client information spreadsheets and/or databases.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Create and format documents proficiently.
  • Produce and amend correspondence, documents, reports, emails, and attachments from a variety of sources, in house style in line with the firm’s specific systems/procedures.
  • Format and amend documents.
  • Big Hand transcription.

We are interested to hear from candidates with initiative and a strong team ethos. Previous experience in a secretarial role would be helpful but full training will be provided.
